The studio,
Plaster & Pearl

12Years of gentle care

A neighborhood practice

We built Plaster & Pearl Dental to be the dentist we wished we had as patients: small, gentle, and honest about what will and will not help. The dentist who greets you is the one in the room, and the hygienist who knows your kids' names is the one you see next time.

Warm plaster walls, tall windows, and a rhythm slow enough to actually know people. Since we opened, one habit has stayed above the rest: be gentle, be honest, and never work on commission.

Genuinely gentle

Slow numbing, a stop signal we honor, and calming options for any visit. Comfort is a method here, not a slogan on the wall.

Plain language

You see your own x-rays on the screen and hear the options in words that make sense, so you always know what is urgent and what it costs.

One practice for all

Toddlers, teenagers, parents, and grandparents, all seen by the same familiar team in the same calm, plaster-walled rooms.

Our history

How we grew, one gentle step at a time

2014

Two chairs on Faircourt Mews

Dr. Nora Marchetti opened Plaster & Pearl Dental with a single hygienist and one stubborn idea: run the practice slow enough to actually know people.

2017

The membership plan began

So many neighbors had lost dental coverage that we built our own in-house plan, priced flat and honest, with no insurance company in the middle.

2021

A family wing

We added two rooms and a second dentist so kids, parents, and grandparents could all be seen under one roof on the same afternoon.

2025

Three thousand neighbors

We crossed three thousand active patients while keeping the same small team and the same unhurried way of working.

The faces you will see every visit

Portrait of Dr. Nora Marchetti
DDS, Founder

Dr. Nora Marchetti

Nora opened Plaster & Pearl Dental after a decade in busier offices, on the belief that a dental visit should feel like being looked after. She chose the tall south windows before she chose the equipment.

Portrait of Dr. Marcus Bell
DDS, Associate

Dr. Marcus Bell

Marcus handles much of our restorative and same-day crown work, and is the calm voice anxious patients quietly ask for by name. Unhurried by temperament, precise by training.

RDH, Lead Hygienist

Rosa Delgado

Rosa runs the gentlest cleanings in town and remembers every patient's story, their kids, and which tooth was sensitive last time. Fifteen years of patient hands.

RDH, Hygienist

Theo Nakamura

Theo has a near-magical way with nervous seven-year-olds and grown-ups alike. Ask him about his weekend trail runs at your own risk.

Practice Manager

Priya Sundaram

Priya untangles insurance and membership math so you never have to, and is the friendly voice that answers when you call.

Dental Assistant

Jordan Ellis

Jordan keeps every room calm and every appointment on time, and gets patients through a long visit with a steady stream of terrible jokes.

Kind words

“I dreaded even scheduling for years. My first visit here was just a conversation, no instruments in sight, and I booked the next one before I even left.”

Wendell Ortiz, patient

★★★★★

“Cracked a crown between school pickups on a Thursday and they fit me in that same afternoon, fixed before dinner. Nobody tried to sell me a single extra thing.”

Dana Whitcomb, patient

★★★★★

“The membership plan made cleanings possible again after I lost my insurance through work. They walked me through the math on my first visit, and it has paid for itself twice over.”

Questions
worth
asking

Yes, warmly. New patients usually get a first appointment within a week, and our $79 welcome covers your exam, full digital x-rays, and a standard cleaning. Book online or call (555) 248-0713.
Absolutely, and for many of our patients it is. You can sit up, in your own clothes, and tell us the whole story before anyone reclines a chair. We honor a stop signal instantly, and calming options are available for any visit.
Our in-house membership covers your cleanings, exams, and x-rays for a flat monthly price and takes a set percentage off other treatment. Most uninsured patients save meaningfully compared to paying visit by visit.
From the very first tooth. Kids see the same gentle team in the same rooms as their parents, and our hygienists are wonderful with nervous small humans.
Yes. We hold time in every day's schedule for them. Call before early afternoon on a weekday and we will almost always see you the same day. Cracked teeth, swelling, and severe pain jump the line.
We are at 14 Faircourt Mews, Studio 2 in Rowan Hill, with free parking behind the building and a short walk from the Saturday market. Look for the tall arched windows.
